Dear Sarah
Great recipe..I am dip into charcoal grilling as it is winter here!!
I will try this. But in India you dont get Tilapia heavier than 200 gms !!!
One thing I have learnt is use of Fennel and my North Indian friends keep guessing what is the aroma!. Of course Kashmiris can make out in seconds as all their dishes contain fennel.
Happy New year to you and family. May this year bring you lot of excitement and joy.

Hey its a good thing that you guys got the grill so ur Dh can cook for you on Saturdays..I can understand the guys obsession with grills. Summer time mostly my husband will be grilling and you will find me chilling(an attempt to rhyme grilling and chilling).Wishing you and ur family a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year.
